Working standard
The site is built around Level AA accessibility practices. That includes keyboard operation, visible focus, useful labels, text alternatives, readable contrast, zoom support, and reduced-motion behavior. This statement describes the work and known limits; it is not a claim that every route or third-party service is free of barriers.
What is in place
Public navigation has a skip link and semantic landmarks. Forms use visible labels and announced status messages. Dialogs and media controls are designed for keyboard use. Motion follows prefers-reduced-motion. Images use alternative text when they communicate information, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
Media and notation
YouTube captions depend on the captions available for the selected video. Interactive guitar notation is primarily visual. Where a product includes them, PDF notation and audio provide additional ways to use the same music, but those formats may not meet every access need.
Third-party limits
Checkout, customer sign-in, email confirmation, spam protection, and embedded media can include interfaces provided by Shopify, Klaviyo, Cloudflare, YouTube, or another connected service. Those surfaces can have different accessibility behavior from the main site.
Report a barrier
Write to support@seanashemusic.com or use the accessibility contact route. Include the page, what you were trying to do, what happened, and your browser or device if known. A diagnosis or medical document is not required.
Alternative access
If a page, file, purchase, or member workflow blocks access, ask for the information or task in another workable format. The request will be reviewed by a person.
