Buying
This site sells digital music products such as tabs, backing tracks, stems, presets, albums, tone packs, and UNSTUCK. Checkout and payment happen through Shopify at checkout.seanashemusic.com, and Shopify’s checkout terms also apply. Prices, currencies, taxes, selected editions, and the final order total are shown before payment.
The product page and the selected edition describe what is included, compatibility, delivery, and any product-specific limits. Review those details before paying.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is calculated by Shopify at checkout and shown before payment. The Shopify order confirmation is your receipt; if you need a separate invoice for a completed order, ask through the product and order support form.
Preorders and future files
A product marked as a preorder may include files that are delivered after checkout. Its product page should identify what is available immediately, what will arrive later, and the expected delivery date or window. Payment timing is shown during checkout. Material changes or delays are handled under the refunds policy.
Accounts and Studio
Studio sign-in uses Shopify customer accounts, but sign-in alone does not create product access. Matching purchases to Studio is not active. Original downloads stay with the purchased product and Shopify order. If Studio access opens for an edition later, the product page will state that before checkout. Studio access is for the account holder and does not permit sharing purchased files or account credentials.
Private lessons: minimum age and guardian consent
The lesson inquiry path is for students who are at least 13. If a student or the person submitting an inquiry is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to the inquiry before it is sent and must remain involved in scheduling and payment. The inquiry form requires that confirmation. Do not submit personal information about a child under 13.
Personal-use license
Unless a product page says otherwise, purchased files are licensed to the buyer for personal use. Do not redistribute, resell, upload, publish, or share the files or protected Studio access. A purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying music, recording, transcription, artwork, software, or other material.
Credits and third-party material
Unless otherwise credited, Sean Ashe owns the music, written material, tabs, and original resources created for this site. Photography, artwork, guest recordings, trademarks, software, and other credited material remain the property of their respective creators or licensors. Display on this site does not grant a separate right to reuse that material.
Compatibility and availability
Compatibility information is stated on the relevant product page. Check the required software, hardware, sample rate, firmware, or file format before buying. The site and Studio may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable from time to time, but order support remains available by email.
Refunds
Refunds, replacement files, duplicate charges, delivery problems, and preorder delays follow the refunds page.
Copyright notices and takedown requests
For a copyright or other documented rights concern, use the rights review contact route. Sean Ashe is the designated contact for this site through that route and support@seanashemusic.com. No postal address or separately registered agent is represented here.
A copyright notice should include:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative;
- identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when one notice covers multiple works;
- identification and the specific site location or URL of the material requested to be removed;
- your name and enough contact information for a reply, including an email address and, where available, a telephone number;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.
A counter-notice should identify the removed material and its former location; include your physical or electronic signature, name, address, and telephone number; state under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; and state that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable United States federal district court and will accept service from the original claimant or that person’s agent. Valid notices and counter-notices will be reviewed and handled as required by applicable law.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
